1. Что это. StarDo - сервис самодисциплины (планировщик задач). Вы назначаете себе добровольный штраф в Telegram Stars за невыполнение собственной задачи в срок. Это НЕ азартная игра, НЕ пари и НЕ финансовая услуга: случайности нет, сервис не влияет на исход вашей задачи, а выплат пользователям не существует - получить от сервиса деньги или звёзды невозможно ни при каком исходе.

2. Сумма штрафа. Сумму вы назначаете себе сами при создании задачи. Минимум - 5 звёзд. После создания сумму можно только увеличить - уменьшить нельзя. Срок задачи можно перенести один раз.

3. Оплата (постоплата).
• При создании задачи вы не платите ничего.
• Выполнили задачу в срок - не платите ничего; звёзды остаются с вами.
• Не выполнили - штраф переходит в статус «ожидает оплаты». Оплата в течение 48 часов полностью сохраняет ваш рейтинг честности.
• Не оплатили за 48 часов - рейтинг честности снижается. Долг остаётся виден в приложении, его можно оплатить и позже - это частично восстановит рейтинг.

4. Возвраты. Оплата штрафа - добровольное исполнение обязательства, которое вы назначили себе сами, поэтому по общему правилу она не возвращается. Если вы считаете, что платёж прошёл из-за технической неисправности сервиса - например, звёзды списались дважды или задача, выполненная в срок, из-за сбоя ушла в долг, - напишите в /paysupport. Каждое обращение служба поддержки рассматривает индивидуально и сама принимает решение о возврате. Основанием служит неисправность на нашей стороне; забытая отметка о выполнении, изменившиеся планы или несогласие с суммой, которую вы назначили себе сами, основанием не являются. При признаках злоупотребления возвратами мы вправе отказать. Возврат проводится средствами Telegram и только на весь платёж целиком. Если возвращается платёж за подписку StarDo Plus, подписка отменяется, и Plus отключается в момент возврата. Это условие не ограничивает прав, которые дают вам применимые законы о защите прав потребителей.

5. Платежи. Все платежи в StarDo проводятся только в Telegram Stars. Услугу предоставляет разработчик StarDo; Telegram не является стороной отношений между вами и сервисом и не отвечает за него. По вопросам и спорам об оплате: /paysupport.

6. Рейтинг честности. Числовой показатель исполнения ваших обязательств. Растёт от выполненных в срок задач и оплаченных обязательств, снижается при неоплате. Это внутренняя метрика сервиса, не имеющая денежной ценности.

7. Подписка StarDo Plus. Если вы оформляете подписку, она оплачивается Stars и продлевается автоматически каждые 30 дней. Отменить можно в любой момент - в приложении (Профиль → Подписка) или в настройках Telegram; доступ сохранится до конца оплаченного периода. Пробный период даётся один раз: 7 дней, а пришедшим по приглашению друга - 14. За 12 друзей, которые пришли по вашей ссылке и пользуются StarDo хотя бы три разных дня в первые 30 дней, вы получаете 30 дней Plus - один раз. Бонусы не имеют денежной стоимости и не обмениваются на звёзды; приглашения собственных дополнительных аккаунтов и другие попытки накрутки не засчитываются, а полученный так бонус может быть отменён.

8. Приватность. Содержание ваших задач приватно и используется только для работы сервиса. Друзья (кто пригласил вас и кого пригласили вы) видят только картинку вашего неба, если вы не выключили это в настройках. При удалении аккаунта задачи, проекты и история удаляются. За вашим Telegram-аккаунтом сохраняются только рейтинг честности, отметка об использованном пробном периоде и счёт приглашений - при повторной регистрации они восстанавливаются. Взносы, не внесённые на момент удаления, учитываются как невнесённые.

9. Голосовой ввод (StarDo Plus). Голосовое сообщение, отправленное боту, передаётся стороннему сервису распознавания речи и разбора текста, чтобы превратить сказанное в задачу. Запись не сохраняется на наших серверах: она обрабатывается в памяти и удаляется сразу после распознавания. Распознанный текст хранится до вашего подтверждения или отказа, но не дольше часа, после чего удаляется - в задаче остаётся только то, что вы подтвердили. Функция доступна по подписке и в пробном периоде.

10. Общее. Оплачивая что-либо в StarDo, вы подтверждаете согласие с этими условиями (напоминание показывается в окне оплаты). Отмечайте выполнение честно - сервис работает на доверии. Сервис предоставляется «как есть», условия могут обновляться.

11. Оформление. В оформлении StarDo используются стикеры набора Hotter Otter и анимированные эмодзи из наборов Telegram. Права на эти материалы принадлежат их правообладателям; StarDo на них не претендует и не выдаёт их за свои.

1. What it is. StarDo is a self-discipline service (a task planner). You assign yourself a voluntary penalty in Telegram Stars for failing to complete your own task on time. This is NOT gambling, NOT a bet and NOT a financial service: there is no element of chance, the service does not influence the outcome of your task, and there are no payouts to users - it is impossible to receive money or Stars from the service under any outcome.

2. Penalty amount. You set the amount yourself when creating a task. The minimum is 5 Stars. After creation the amount can only be increased, never decreased. A task deadline can be moved once.

3. Payment (post-payment).
• When you create a task you pay nothing.
• Completed the task on time - you pay nothing; your Stars stay with you.
• Not completed - the penalty becomes "awaiting payment". Paying within 48 hours fully preserves your honor rating.
• Not paid within 48 hours - your honor rating decreases. The debt remains visible in the app and can be paid later - this partially restores the rating.

4. Refunds. Paying a penalty is the voluntary fulfilment of an obligation you set for yourself, so as a general rule it is not refunded. If you believe a payment went through because of a technical fault in the service - for example, Stars were charged twice, or a task completed on time went into debt because of a failure - contact /paysupport. Our support team reviews every request individually and decides on a refund. The ground for a refund is a fault on our side; a forgotten completion mark, changed plans or disagreement with the amount you set for yourself are not grounds. We may refuse a refund where there are signs of abuse. Refunds are made through Telegram and only for the whole payment. If a StarDo Plus subscription payment is refunded, the subscription is cancelled and Plus ends at the moment of the refund. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Payments. All payments in StarDo are made exclusively in Telegram Stars. The service is provided by the StarDo developer; Telegram is not a party to the relationship between you and the service and bears no responsibility for it. For payment questions and disputes: /paysupport.

6. Honor rating. A numeric indicator of how you fulfil your obligations. It grows with tasks completed on time and obligations paid, and decreases when a payment is missed. It is an internal metric of the service with no monetary value.

7. StarDo Plus subscription. If you subscribe, the subscription is paid in Stars and renews automatically every 30 days. You can cancel at any time - in the app (Profile → Subscription) or in Telegram settings; access remains until the end of the paid period. The trial is given once: 7 days, or 14 for those who come with a friend's invite. For 12 friends who join with your link and use StarDo on at least three different days within their first 30 days, you get 30 days of Plus - once. Bonuses have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for Stars; inviting your own extra accounts and other attempts to game the count do not qualify, and a bonus obtained that way may be revoked.

8. Privacy. The content of your tasks is private and is used only to operate the service. Friends (whoever invited you and whoever you invited) see only the picture of your sky, unless you turn that off in the settings. When you delete your account, tasks, projects and history are deleted. Only your honor rating, the record of a used trial period and your invite count stay linked to your Telegram account and are restored if you register again. Contributions unpaid at the moment of deletion count as unpaid.

9. Voice input (StarDo Plus). A voice message sent to the bot is passed to a third-party speech recognition and text parsing service in order to turn what you said into a task. The recording is not stored on our servers: it is processed in memory and discarded right after recognition. The recognised text is kept until you confirm or decline it, and no longer than one hour, after which it is deleted - only what you confirmed remains in the task. The feature is available with a subscription and during the trial period.

10. General. By paying for anything in StarDo you confirm your agreement with these terms (a reminder is shown in the payment window). Mark completion honestly - the service runs on trust. The service is provided "as is"; the terms may be updated.

11. Design. StarDo's design uses stickers from the Hotter Otter set and animated emoji from Telegram sets. The rights to these materials belong to their respective owners; StarDo does not claim them as its own.
